Client engagements
Consulting work begins only after written acceptance of a scope, fees, and start date. You are responsible for providing accurate briefing materials. We may suspend work if required information is withheld.

To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, Innovation Data is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. For paid engagements, liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where applicable).
